Sri Guruvayurappan Temple Houston
Sri Guruvayurappan Temple in Houston, Texas USA is an ambitious and a desirable reality for all Hindus miles away from home. Kerala Hindu Society (KHS) is the organization that has initiated this project. KHS has acquired five acres of land in the heart of Houston and the work is in full steam for an earliest completion. We are thankful in the name of Sri Guruvayurappan to all devotees who have been contributing towards this divine cause.
The temple operates per the rituals, traditions and practices followed at the Original Sri Guruvayurappan temple in Thrissur.
Kerala Hindu Society operates according to its Bylaws and with complete transparency especially in regards to its financial transactions.
Our goal is to recreate the Sri Guruvayurappan Temple of Guruvayur when the project is completed both in the architectural features and in the ritualistic traditions. The construction is expected to complete within the next 2 years. The proposed plan of construction is under the supervision and guidance of Sri Kanippayyur Krishnan Nampoothiripad (Famous Kerala Temple Architect) and Sri Karianur Divakaran Nampoothiri (Thanthri).Kerala Hindu society is a tax exempt organization registered in Texas.
